Website terms.

Simple terms for using the Apex Aircraft Care website and submitting an inquiry.

Last updated: August 21, 2026. These website terms are not a substitute for the written scope, authorization or service terms provided for an actual aircraft job.

Informational website

Website content describes Apex Aircraft Care’s intended and currently available services at a general level. Aircraft condition, airport access, materials, timing, scope and pricing must be verified before work is accepted.

Quote and inspection requests

Submitting the website form does not create a service agreement, reserve a work window or authorize work on an aircraft. A job is accepted only after Apex and the authorized customer agree to the applicable scope, price, access requirements and other job-specific terms.

Service boundaries

Apex’s launch scope is cosmetic aircraft-interior care. Maintenance, troubleshooting, component removal, aircraft movement, system operation and other maintenance functions are outside that scope unless expressly handled by an appropriately authorized party.

Accuracy and changes

Apex works to keep public information current, but service availability, planning ranges, locations and operating procedures may change. A written job-specific proposal controls over general website content when the two differ.

Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, scrape personal information, or use the inquiry endpoint for spam or automated abuse.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party services such as maps, social profiles or business platforms. Apex does not control those third-party services or their privacy practices.

Privacy

Information submitted through the site is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send payment-card information, access codes, passwords or sensitive aircraft records through the public inquiry form.
