Airport governance and access
Confirm the owner/operator, controlling airport, FBO or hangar, commercial-vendor process, work window, badges or escorts, insurance wording and environmental restrictions before arrival.
The aircraft and the authorized operation sit at the center. Around them, Apex builds controls for airport access, written scope and authority, evidence, insurance readiness and incident response.
Request an inspectionApex's operating blueprint treats the line between cosmetic care and maintenance as a boundary to manage—not a gray area to exploit.

Cosmetic work stays cosmetic. Authority to grant access, protected components, pre-existing condition, exclusions, change orders and final acceptance are documented in writing.
The actual operation may create premises, products/completed-operations and care-custody-control exposure. Coverage and site requirements must match the location and service.
When something does not match the approved condition or scope, work stops. The area is secured, facts are documented and repair or maintenance is handed to qualified personnel.
Authorization, airport/FBO rules, environmental limits and insurance requirements are confirmed before the job begins.
Customer authority, cosmetic boundaries, sensitive areas, starting condition, price and approval rules are clear.
Any maintenance, repair, unknown contamination or possible damage triggers stop-work, notification and evidence preservation.
No panel removal, repair, troubleshooting or maintenance-record work.
No towing, taxiing, repositioning, control operation or in-flight testing.
No mold, biohazard, sewage, fuel, hydraulic fluid, battery residue or unknown chemical cleanup.
Interior launch does not include exterior washing or uncontrolled wash-water discharge.
No added work or charge without documented customer approval.
No claim of FAA, manufacturer, airport or insurance approval unless the exact evidence supports it.
